One activity that many of our members enjoy is puzzling! You can test yourself for fun with our brainteasers. 20 hens, housed in 5 coops, will hatch 45 eggs in 9 days. How long will it take 30 hens, housed in 7 coops, to hatch 60 eggs?

Answer = 8 days
20 x 9 = 180 days for 45 eggs; 4 days per egg
60 eggs require 240 days
240 ÷ 30 = 8 days
The number of coops is irrelevant
