On a certain day, a Pet Shop owner sold only HAMSTERS, CLOWN FISH, DOGS and PARROTS.

He sold:

FOUR TIMES as many FISH as HAMSTERS

THREE TIMES as many FISH as PARROTS

If the animals sold had a total of 60 LEGS and he sold more HAMSTERS than DOGS, how many DOGS did he sell?

The number of fish has to be a multiple of 12

12 Fish, 3 Hamsters, 4 Parrots needs 10 Dogs to satisfy number of legs

36 Fish, 9 Hamsters, 12 Parrots means no Dogs were sold
