Amy and Beth have each run four 10km Park Runs.

Amy has run three times of 29.06, 28.36 and 28.48.

Her average time is 28.43.

Beth has run three times of 28.25, 28.03 and 28.10.

What time must Beth run her fourth race to have an AVERAGE time of 10 seconds faster than Amy’s BEST time.
