When will these sequences have equal lengths and their last term be the same?

3, 19, 35, 51  …….

36, 49, 62, 75 ……..

They will be the same size when both sequences contain 12 terms, with the 12th term being 179.

The 1st sequence can be defined as 16n – 13

The 2nd sequence can be defined as 13n + 23

Make these sequences equal and solve for n

16n – 13 = 13n + 23
