Taking care of your mental health is becoming increasingly important, so to mark World Mental Health Day last month, Mensa invested in a Self Care Backpack workshop to help members pick up tools and strategies for managing their own wellbeing.
The recording and resources from that session are now available for all members to access free. As well as an introduction and guide, the resources include encouragement cards, selfcare maps, and a moodtracker. You can download the resources to your device to work through at your own pace or dip into as needed.
The session was run by Gem Hill from SelfCare Backpack and funded by Mensa for the benefit of members.
